If you hire me as your attorney, I will prepare and explain the appropriate legal documents, and keep you informed about the status of your case.

We keep our clients informed on the progress of their case. We will respond to your telephone calls promptly. I am the attorney who meets with you to discuss your legal problems and who represents your interests in court, if necessary.
Legal services can be expensive. We are sensitive to the costs of effective legal representation. We evaluate each client's case by comparing costs versus benefits. We try to accomplish our clients' goals within their budgets. Depending on the type of legal help you need, our fees may be hourly, a fixed fee, or a percentage contingent upon recovery.
For our clients involved in litigation, usually it is in their best interests to resolve their case through negotiation or mediation. Most cases settle out of court. Negotiation or mediation are constructive alternatives to costly court battles and give the client a prominent role in the outcome. We are committed to facilitating the informed, consensual, and affordable resolution of legal problems.
However, this does not mean that we avoid going to court to advocate for or to enforce your legal position. You can be assured that if a fair settlement cannot be reached, we will aggressively represent you at arbitration or trial.
